With one of our newest showrooms, we are searching high and low for the right person to hit the ground running, could you be it? Not only a natural born go-getter with a hungry passion for sales but you have a design flair too; with a maturity and finesse that is unmatched by anybody else in the market. Are we asking too much? This is a casual position in our Fortitude Valley Showroom. Hours will vary depending on structure. Flexibility to work some weekends is essential.
A day in the life of our showroom
- Closing sales with high profile clients
- Maintaining the showroom to an exceptional standard
- Developing a deep knowledge of the Max Sparrow products
- Unleashing your design edge by producing stunning Home Decorations
- Managing your client portfolio
- Meeting business and individual KPIs each month
To really flourish in this position you will bring your:
- Knack for building strong relationships with customers; with no hesitation up-selling the latest home accessory
- True and genuine passion for interior design/ home interiors, with a qualification or current studies looked upon favourably
- Ability to deliver knowledge and advice of current design trends
- Previous retail experience in a high-end or boutique retailer
- Top notch communication skills so to liaise with customers and internal staff
- Proactive attitude, along with your friendly & genuine approach
