About the Role
The position of Sales Support NSW at ownworld is to provide administrative backup to a dynamic team of sales professionals, whilst reporting to the NSW State Manager. This person needs to be an effective team participant, proficient and multitask oriented with an exceptional attention to detail. This key person will be integral to the smooth operation and sales development of the NSW team.

  • Vast industry knowledge and a background in interior design or architecture would be highly beneficial

Key Tasks

  • Prepare quotation documents for ownworld Sales personnel
  • Prepare Operation and Maintenance manuals for completed projects
  • Liaise with clients (A&D) on behalf of Sales personnel regarding tenders, specifications, pricing etc
  • Maintain sample library and organise samples for Sales reps, ie catalogues, fabrics and finishes
  • Manage quoting/project system including delivering management with reports as required
  • Assist with showroom sales & enquiries
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities to ensure smooth running of NSW team
  • Maintain A&D database ongoing
  • Events planning including showroom launches & external sales events
