Role Overview
Working on the industry’s leading Building & Architecture network incorporating the key mastheads of and Infolink Building Product News magazine. The broad network portfolio encompasses online, print, email, events, social and content marketing channels.

Job Description

  • Work alongside sales, editorial, marketing, content and customer success in ensuring great outcomes for our clients
  • Produce ongoing client and campaign tracking reports on behalf of sales account managers
  • Send weekly lead generation lists to clients
  • Manage campaign data reporting function including process and systems improvements
  • Assist in telephone appointment setting function for the sales team
  • Assist in managing and updating print and email subscriptions details to ensure we always have most updated information
  • Assist in customer success activities such as chasing advertising material when required
  • Work on ad-hoc sales support functions as and when required

Role breakdown (role percentage)

  • Client report creation – 50%
  • Appointment setting – 20%
  • Customer Success support – 20%
  • Ad hoc projects – 10%

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Graduate or career change with an analytical mind
  • Some experience within digital media preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to create and manipulate templated reports using Excel and PowerPoint (essential)
  • Positive and forward-thinking approach to work
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent client liaison and support skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously after onboarding period
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia
