Onsite Supply + Design are a premium importer, distributor and supplier of artisan handmade ceramics, natural stone and bespoke tiles. Working exclusively with the interior design and architectural community, we are renowned for the unique products we present to the market.

The Position
We are a small team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and product. This role is key in the overall client experience and we are looking for an individual to become a central member of our business. An intuitive mind with an eye for detail is essential in this varied role supporting the sales team and director. Accounts knowledge requirements are for the day to day running of business and are supported by our monthly bookkeeper and accountants.

Sales Support

  • Administrative support to the sales team and director
  • Dealing with local and international suppliers
  • Stock management and warehouse
  • Coordinating local and interstate deliveries
  • Coordinating incoming stock and working with freight forwarders


  • Payables and receivables
  • MYOB knowledge essential
  • Liaising with the monthly bookkeeper and accountant

Technical Requirements

  • Microsoft Office Excel
  • Microsoft Office Word
  • MYOB

A remuneration package comprising of salary plus superannuation will reflect your experience and suitability to the position

Our Paddington Showroom is housed in a beautiful old warehouse close to Edgecliff Station.
