Business Development Sales Support

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, this is a diverse role and provides critical administrative support to the sales team. By working in conjunction with the sales team, you will ensure they are successful with their targets and continue to provide a high level of service and solutions to our client base. These include, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers and design savvy retail customers. It requires a motivated and energetic team player who is passionate about the interiors industry.

The successful applicant will be;

  • Able to work autonomously and use initiative within a small team environment
  • Strong communication skills, ability to liaise with key stakeholders and core client base
  • Extremely organised and efficient, have energy and a positive attitude
  • Focused on quality, with a great work ethic and high attention to detail
  • A willingness and ability to learn and retain the technical aspects of our product offer
  • Inventory management system experience (i.e. AX, Pronto)
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
  • A passion for beautiful product, interior design and exceptional customer service

The role is a combination of;

  • Sales administration, processing and inventory management
  • Maintaining a CRM system on behalf of the sales team
  • Working directly with the sales team to ensure company targets are met and exceeded
  • Project and delivery coordination for single and multi-residential projects
  • Answering phone and email enquiries on behalf of the sales team
  • Systems maintenance for the sales team
  • Office coordination responsibilities
  • Showroom event co-ordination
  • Occasional face to face sales in the showroom

This is a full-time position. A combination of sales administration, hands-on sales support, systems maintenance, product delivery coordination, customer service and office coordination responsibilities, this position provides plenty of variety.
