We are seeking a passionate, outgoing & outstanding Sales Coordinator to join our team in our Sydney office. The role is a full-time position with an opportunity to develop a professional career within the design industry in sales and client relationships.

Duties involve:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to both trade and wholesale clients
  • Act as direct support to the State Manager
  • Preparing quotes and submissions, as well as liaising directly with trade and wholesale clients to provide accurate information on stock, pricing and delivery
  • Entering sales leads, orders and monitoring the progress from quote through to delivery
  • Prospection of trade prospects and setting up appointments for the State Manager
  • Receiving and dealing with the requirements for any showroom client enquiries and product presentations
  • Presenting and updating current collections to our wholesalers
  • Managing claims as well as care and maintenance enquiries
  • Delivering and upkeep of sampling across Wholesale and Trade clients
  • Providing support preparing for trade presentations, events, account specific queries and other activities
  • Showroom responsibilities and upkeep of storeroom

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least 2 to 3 years Sales administration experience
  • Excellent communication and polished customer service skills
  • Outstanding computer skills in MS Word/Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Demonstrate initiative and pro-activeness
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a small team environment and take on responsibility for tasks from inception to finish.
  • Reliable, punctual and willing to help others
  • Keen, enthusiastic and energetic
  • Current drivers licence and own vehicle
