  • To develop new clients and service existing clients in an efficient manner with the aim of maximising gross profit margins for the company whilst achieving individual monthly and annual sales targets & KPI’s.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES, including but not limited to:

  • Maintain company objective of exceptional customer service
  • Know your clients – identify and know key staff at target firms (A&Ds, builders, PMs, end users etc), maintaining an up to date CRM database
  • Communication with clients – organise and arrange sales calls, presentations (project specific and product & company promotion), ecards, invitations to Zenith events and relationship building including entertaining
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients (get to know your clients – develop communication beyond work, entertain, attend industry and social events etc.)
  • Identify and materialize opportunities – ensure we are specified on tender lists
  • Accurate estimating and quoting
  • Presentations – prepare written proposals, undertake project/product presentations and participation in Zenith events
  • Negotiation and deal closing
  • Accurate and clear handover of projects won to Project Coordinators
  • Active participation in team environment
  • Perform all activities in accordance with Zenith policies and procedures
