Indesign Media Asia Pacific is an Award-winning Content, Experiential and Digital Media House, specializing in and around the Architecture, Design, Interiors and Products Sector. Leaders in our field in the Asia Pacific region, we have offices nationally in Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Role Overview
You will work closely with the Events and Sales team on all aspects of event production, client support, admin, logistics and execution. The broad network portfolio encompasses online, print, email, events, social and content marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Client Services

  • Lead and drive the post-sale client support process, including:
    • Chasing clients for advertising material, print & digital ad’s (monthly for digital, bi-monthly for print)
    • Organising material into online folders for production
    • Liaising with clients on the progress of campaigns, trouble shooting and advising
    • Producing client campaign reports
    • Assisting advertisers with their digital marketing – creating schedules, involved with design & content
    • Assisting brand managers with ongoing client development
  • Sourcing monthly reporting on all four digital platforms via google docs
  • Assist the events team where required with event initiatives
  • Oversee and help manage the online product directory – The Collection

Campaign & Project Activations

  • Project lead on client success for INDE awards
  • Project Lead on client success for FRONT, the event
  • Delegate/Audience acquisition for events (e.g. Facility managers, Property Developers etc.
  • Managing reporting / quoting for new content agency arm
  • Ad hock managing of media partnerships & client events
  • Manage ad hock projects where required – delegating to in-house resource and managing deadlines
  • General sales/media team back up with internal teams e.g. help to relieve bottlenecks in production/events
  • Proactively developing reporting – both internal and client reports
