Reporting to the NSW State Manager, the role is pivotal in the mechanics of the StylecraftHOME Sales Team. The retail sales support will be the first point of contact for clients and therefor sets an impression of StylecraftHOME and Stylecraft.

The role includes a variety of responsibilities with the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks that include (but are not limited to):

  • Answering phones in a professional and timely manner
  • Greeting client(s)
  • Assisting the sales team with client projects, sample transfers and presentations
  • Showroom maintenance
  • Involvement in the co-ordination of events
  • Assist in showroom ‘walk-in’ sales
  • Assist with website and email enquiries
  • Support of sales team through weekly reporting

In order to be considered for this role you must possess:

  • An energetic and can-do attitude.
  • Proactive outlook and ability to self-manage tasks
  • Experience in a dynamic and fast paced office environment
  • A keen interest in design and the broader design community
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • As this is a front of house position, immaculate presentation is essential.
