  • To process smaller sales orders in conjunction with sales order manual in an efficient & cost minded manner with the aim of achieving & increasing the project overall gross profit budget for the company whilst maintaining the sales budget & personal KPI’s


The duties of this person will include the following:

  • Accurate and clear receipt of projects from sales consultants.
  • Maintain company objective of exceptional customer service.
  • Entry of sales orders into Pronto™ system, maintaining on regular basis.
  • Establish opportunities for cost savings to improve original budgets allowed by sales team.
  • Ordering of all materials and components required for each project/sale.
  • Maintain project variations as required.
  • Direct communication with clients/builders/project managers of each project, building & maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ensure all projects are run to DIFOT. (Delivery in full and on time)
  • Liaise with factory and suppliers to ensure projects are running on time.
  • Ensure that all contracts are completed with the guidelines of our IMS.
  • Perform all activities in accordance with Zenith policies and procedures.
  • Other Duties as directed
