Business Interiors is looking for a savvy Project Sales Specialist to join our team in Mascot. This is an exciting time, as Business Interiors continues to build its brand in the high end commercial project fit out market in Asia Pacific.

Business Interiors is focused on changing the landscape of the commercial furniture market, and we can offer you a terrific opportunity to be a part of up this growing and exciting brand.

The role:

  • To prospect, identify and leverage new and existing Winc customer relationships
  • Build relationships within the A&D and D&C markets, leveraging these relationships to secure fit out opportunities

  • To identify the opportunity, propose a solution, present, and successfully win the project
  • Handover the project to a project coordinator and oversee successful implementation of the project

Key focus areas of this role include:

  • New Business Development – connecting with your extensive contacts within the industry to identify opportunities
  • Pipeline management of all opportunities, leads, and contact base by SRM
  • Proactive identification, target and new business acquisition
  • Scheduling and presenting to decision makers and influencers at director level
  • Oversee presentation preparation by bid, marketing and merchandising team
  • Support in the development of product ranges and market verticals
  • Oversee project implementation in consultation with project coordinators
  • Weekly and monthly business reviews

What you have to offer:

  • Previous sales experience in the A&D and D&C environment, ideally in the commercial furniture market
  • Passionate about new business development
  • Ability to close sales
  • A passion for Design and Architecture
  • The ability to nurture and maintain existing client relationships
  • Ability to multi task, self-manage, providing an exceptional customer experience
  • To work autonomously within a multinational structure
  • A genuine desire to be part of a new business development in the region
