The role is a full-time position supporting an Account Manager with the opportunity to further develop a professional career within the architecture and design industry. This role suits a dynamic individual who relishes a fast-paced environment and possesses the innate ability to think creatively and strategically. You will be an intrinsic part of the Melbourne projects team working alongside Australia’s leading architects and interior designers.

Primary responsibilities

  • Act as direct support to your account manager
  • Actively being present in client meetings
  • Following a brief and preparing client presentations
  • Preparing schedules and quotes for projects / tenders
  • Liaising with our international suppliers
  • Approving orders for production
  • Directly liaising with high end clients across all platforms of communication
  • Tracking orders and maintaining data
