The role in a nutshell…
Drive and manage the production process across our digital, print and event deliverables.
This role is the integral link between Internal stakeholders, external suppliers and publisher – the successful delivery of our digital, print and event creatives are a direct result of your passion for getting things done without compromising on quality.

What you’ll do…

  • Lead, develop and enhance the production process,
  • Drive internal/external teams to meet strict deadlines
  • Ensure the successful and timely delivery of digital, print and event creative assets, overseeing output to ensure accuracy in fulfilment, and internal/external expectations are met
  • Lead a highly collaborative team environment to produce high quality content and artwork
  • Liaising with freelance/contract designers to coordinate out sourced work
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to prioritise and manage workflow
  • Oversee the print production process, including:
    • Preparing and managing print schedules
    • Preparing PO’s for printers
    • Preparing distribution lists for Mailhouse and distributors
    • Liaising with external partners for quotes, timelines etc.

You can do it because…

  • You have 3-5 years in a production role across print and digital
  • Know your way around the print production process – schedules, distribution, mailhouse liaison etc.
  • Managed a team of 1-2+, and have excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Detail oriented, you know how to prioritize and multi task in a fast-paced environment
  • Second to none time management skills – you love a deadline and thrive when working under pressure
  • Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop etc. Experience in InDesign is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
