Based in Cremorne, you will lead the design studio under the direction of Paul Hecker and Hamish Guthrie. The role of Practice Manager is to facilitate an efficient and profitable business in an enjoyable and engaging studio environment. The ideal candidate to join our team will be motivated to achieve set goals for the studio, but also for our clients by developing and fostering client relationships.

The key deliverables as the Practice Manager will be ensuring project budgets and timelines are met, while supporting the project team and providing project reporting to management. You will be passionate about building relationships and driven by exceeding expectations and delivering excellence.

  • Are you a determined self starter?
  • Do you have proven ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously?
  • Do you have at least five years senior project management experience?
  • Can you demonstrate you have the ability to manage projects to plan?
  • Do you have the proven business development track record?
  • Do you have solid written and verbal communication skills?
  • Do you have experience in managing and motivating a design team?
  • Do you have excellent attention to detail?
