The English Tapware Company is a dynamic, growing company with an established presence in the design community. A market leader in the specification and supply of high quality tapware, bathroom fittings and door hardware, we cater to high-end retail customers, specifiers, architects and interior designers.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Marketing Guru to take our direct marketing presence to a new level. The role requires a design-savvy superstar to maintain our online presence through various digital platforms, and efficiently coordinate core marketing communication and campaign activities in line with the Australasian marketing strategy.

As the Marketing Guru you will work alongside our Creative Director and Media Manager to leverage and enhance our already strong marketing infrastructure and brand profile to meet the company’s business strategies.

Key duties include:

  • Managing the editorial content on our New Zealand and Australian websites
  • Strategic planning and developing of a content schedule with the aim of continually improving user engagement
  • Developing & facilitating email marketing communications
  • Reporting on site performance using Google Analytics
  • Develop and manage our social media digital campaigns
  • Working with the wider digital team to improve usability
  • Keeping informed of best practices in digital marketing
  • Regularly updating social channels

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • 3 – 5 years in a similar role, with a sound understanding of SEO and experience with digital marketing management
  • Proficiency in various platforms and programmes, preferably MailChimp, Google Analytics, Indesign, Photoshop and Excel
  • Experience liaising with various internal and external stakeholders
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Degree in Communications or Marketing
  • Creative flair and strong attention to detail
  • An interest in interiors and design is preferable
