Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Tait are seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will be instrumental in executing marketing activities including events, print & communication campaigns, digital initiatives and administrative duties in support of our marketing activities.

Applicants must be willing to work autonomously with initiative and must demonstrate a commitment to quality and an enthusiasm for marketing principles and disciplines.

Your general responsibilities will include:

  • Work with Management on strategy, development, implementation and review of marketing activities
  • Plan and oversee the organization’s promotional activities and campaigns
  • Developing and implementing the social media strategies
  • Liaise with outside agencies and suppliers to achieve company marketing strategies
  • Develop and manage marketing spend within established budgets
  • Work with Management to analyse market trends, campaign reports and analytics
  • Responsibility for driving communication through CRM

The successful candidate will have:

  • Marketing, digital or communications qualification
  • 2 years marketing experience in a similar role
  • Social media and digital marketing experience
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Evidence of creative idea generation
  • Exceptional organisational skills and professional presentation
  • Excellent time management and an understanding of the importance of deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Located in Australia and with an existing right to work in Australia

Remuneration will be commensurate with your experience. The position is currently part-time with room for growth as this area develops. Working hours can be negotiated to suit the candidate, ideally working the equivalent of 3 full days through the working week.
