We are looking for an Estimator to join our team who is passionate about what they do, has a keen eye for detail, good sense of judgement, commercial furniture knowledge and drive to produce the best possible outcomes for each and every project.

The key responsibilities of this role will be producing detailed estimates, liaison with sales staff and compiling and calculating lists of parts and costs regarding tenders and projects. You’ll also enjoy building strong relationships with key suppliers, project managers and clients. You’ll report to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and be part of the production team.

To succeed in this Estimator role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in construction or quantity surveying.
  • 3 years+ experience estimating substantial projects across commercial, retail and education fit-outs.
  • Thorough understanding of the building process and reading of construction drawings to enable accurate pricing.
  • Ability to engage commercially with subcontractors and clients, to seek out new opportunities, negotiate and develop long term relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an eye for every detail.
  • Strong software skills.
