Servicing the commercial, hospitality and residential sectors, SBW assist in the selection of adaptable furniture that can meld into an existing space or allow the client to create an individual statement through customisation.

SBW offers a range of services available to the Interior Design sector; whether it is a modification to a specific product within our range or the development of a new product, SBW can customise a product tailoring it towards our client’s requirements. We work in conjunction with the client to achieve an optimal result for their nominated project with precision, consistency and dedication.

A Melbourne-based manufacturing network enables SBW to design, manufacture and deliver a high quality product with a desirable 4-6 week window.

As a Business Development Manager you will be working collaboratively with top architectural & building firms, as well as end users, on their project needs.
You will be provided with a portfolio of clients to service, but will be expected to seek out new clients and drive business.
You will be supported by a variety of sales tools, including an impeccably designed and updated website, sales presentations, as well as participation in industry events such as DENFAIR 2017.
With exceptional support from management including fast turnaround times on projects, a dynamic growing company, future career development and an attractive Base salary + Super + Car Allowance + Commission. OTE 85K-95K

We are looking for an energetic and pro-active individual who is excited to work with our small team and help contribute to the growth of this brand into a household name.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

  • Proven B2B sales or account management experience
  • Worked with a manufactured product, such as flooring, lighting or furniture would be ideal
  • Experience dealing with architects, interior designers and selling into end users would be desired
  • Must be a highly motivated and driven person, able to work well autonomously and as part of a team
  • Looking for a long term career, willing to become an integral part of the SBW family
  • Highly organised, personable and have a strong work ethic
