We are currently seeking a Lead Senior Project Designer, who is comfortable leading projects and directing a small team.
The role requires experience with running competitive building tenders and handling contract administration through construction. A minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in high-end residential interiors is required. If you are eligible and also answer yes to all of the points below we would love to hear from you:
•Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture / Interior Design
•Have a proven track record of delivering projects through to construction and completion, including project management experience within Australia
•Are comfortable delivering large decorative (furniture) packages
•Have a solid understanding of project sequencing
•Possess a solid understanding of the BCA, Australian Standards, BASIX & council regulations
•Experienced and comfortable to coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients as needed
•Possess exceptional attention to detail and good understanding of construction detailing in general
•Confident in preparing documentation for council, tender and construction
•Have the ability to balance several projects simultaneously
