Classic with a Twist is an exciting, innovative and growing Retail/Wholesale company in High Street Prahran. We are a market leader in Outdoor furniture as Official Partner of Fermob (France) VIC, SA, TAS.We are seeking a passionate, fun & outgoing Salesperson to join our team in our Prahran showroom. The role is a Part-time position with an opportunity to develop a professional career within the design industry in sales and client relationships.
Vision/Objectives/Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to retail, trade and wholesale clients
- Provide sales, administration and marketing support
- Preparing quotes as well as liaising directly with trade and wholesale clients to provide accurate information on stock, pricing and delivery
- Entering sales leads, orders and monitoring the progress from quote through to delivery
- Providing admin support preparing for trade presentations, events, account specific queries and other activities
- Showroom responsibilities and upkeep of storeroom.
- Work days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10-5pm.
To be successful in this role you will have the following requirements:
- At least 2-3 years sales experience
- An exceptional work ethic
- A love of colour and design
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly computer literate and able to quickly learn new software
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrate initiative and pro-activeness
- Ability to work alone and within a small team environment and take on responsibility for tasks from inception to finish.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to help others
- Being Social media savvy would be an advantage
- Must have lots of enthusiasm!
