Profile Systems is an Australian owned national commercial furniture company that has been operating successfully for over 20 years. Due to continued growth and success, a new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales & Estimating Coordinator to join our dynamic team on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

The successful candidate will need:

•Experience in supporting a dynamic Sales team with quotes to Interior Designers, Architects and Builders and Project Managers

•Extensive Sales Support experience

•Ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task

•Highly developed verbal and written communication skills

•Assist with showroom presentations and face-to-face client meetings

•Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office programs, most importantly Microsoft Excel

•Friendly and can-do attitude

•High level of customer service & attention to detail

•Proven success in managing relationships with suppliers

•Knowledge and experience within commercial furniture/fitout industry will be highly regarded
