Job Description

Space Furniture, Australia and South East Asia’s largest and most progressive retailer of contemporary design for residential and corporate interiors is currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales & Design Support Documentation & Administrator to join us for a 12 month contract, 2 days a week with the option to extend.

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced drawer with an eye for detail, accuracy and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Based in our location at Alexandria and reporting to our NSW State Manager, you will be responsible for providing clear drawings and documentation nationally.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

•Preparing floorplans and elevations for furniture, fixtures, and equipment for high end residential interiors

•Create Vectorworks drawings for clients 2D.

•Preparing client files for sales & design team presentations

•Preparing client ‘Install files’ for our installers/delivery teams’ to assist with major installations.

•Photocopying, Scanning & preparing documents for meetings

•Downloading DWG from websites and keep library blocks updated.


Requirements:

•2 years proven experience of delivering clear drawings and documentation for high end residential interiors

•Accurate drafting skills, with strong attention to detail

•Ability to take clear direction.

•Knowledge of 2D applications in Vectorworks preferred or similar CAD program (3D would be an advantage)

•Ability to problem solve by being solutions driven.

•Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

•Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and achieve deadlines.
