We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused salesperson that is passionate about quality and working with high-end customers. You will be joining a high-performing team that currently spans two states that are passionate about their customers, their business, and their products.

You will be responsible for:
•Selling and negotiating. You’ll enjoy trying to exceed sales targets and client expectations.
•Creating your own design solutions for clients.
•Using your influence and strong people skills to build relationships with clients.
•Proactively manage sales cycles.
•Work collaboratively with others to manage the client journey from start to finish so that they’re always kept in the loop.
•Proactive sales through network building is the key to success in this role. You create and nurture relationships with both private and industry clients.
•Ensure store is kept in excellent condition, using daily store operations and housekeeping protocol.
You will demonstrate the following experience and traits:
•Experience with high end sales (high priced ticket items)
•Exceptional customer service skills
•Strong selling, networking, influencing and relationship-building skills
•Able to work autonomously and work effectively as a team
•Passionate about design and quality
•Enthusiasm, positive and willing attitude
•Strong organisational and administrative skills
•Willing to learn and grow
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•Excellent presentation skills, with an eye for details
•Good basic computer skills
•Dedicated to keeping up the appearance of a beautiful-looking store, merchandising, and housekeeping
•Roster will include Sundays, and you have one whole weekend a month.
It would also be great, but not essential, if you had any of the following:
•Previous experience with prestigious customers
•Previous experience with furniture sales
•Design experience or qualifications is an advantage
