Job Description
Surrounding is a high-end furniture and lighting company, selling leading Scandinavian brands. We have an online store and a showroom, and are looking for a part time Contract Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, and have a passion for sales and nurturing client relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and grow client database of designers, architects, builders and specifiers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Management of projects from tender through to delivery
- Creation of quotes
- Achieving monthly sales targets
The successful applicant will possess these qualities:
- A minimum of 4 years experience as a contract sales consultant
- An existing network of designers, architects, builders and specifiers who you have built strong relationships with
- Excellent customer service skills
- A passion for European lighting and furniture
- Be motivated, reliable and organised
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills
- Possess a current VIC drivers license
- Enjoy working independantly and within a small team
The position is part time, 3 days a week, with a possibility of a future full-time role.
