Our newly created, tailor made 10-week Sales Academy program will provide you with the foundational skills to set you up for a successful sales career within Schneider Electric.
At the end you’ll be placed in a permanent role within one of our awesome sales teams. Oh, and did we mention that we will also pay you during the training period? Through a combination of theoretical learning, practical exposure, and project work this is a great opportunity for you to build a solid baseline as a strong sales professional.

About You
You’re self-driven, energised by finding practical solutions and you frequently use questioning and listening techniques to find the right outcomes. Perhaps you have completed a trade qualification and decided you would prefer selling the solutions instead of building them. Or perhaps you’ve already started a sales career journey and had 1-3 years of experience but you’re looking for the perfect company to support your growth.
You’re digitally savvy and you know that technology is not the future, it is right now. You’re curious, you’re not afraid to ask questions and you’re passionate about developing yourself into the best person you can be,
