MISURA is an Australian owned small retail furniture business with showrooms in Melbourne & Sydney. We pride ourselves on standing out through our products and service. We provide interior furniture solutions to both retail and trade clients and are looking to increase our market share.

Someone that prides themselves on customer service, presentation, communication, and teamwork. Someone that has had experience managing a showroom and a retail team.

General duties & responsibilities

•Motivating and leading the retail team to achieve the set KPIs.

•Ensuring that the visual layout and visual merchandising of the showroom is maintained as per the brand’s standards.

•Oversee the day-to-day tasks involved in the operation of the showroom.

•Liaising with overseas suppliers, local delivery companies and tradespeople.

•Administrative duties – orders, purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and delivery schedules


•Build and foster relationships with both retail and trade clients

•Building upon our design consultation service

•Arranging meetings with design industry clients to build your sales network

•Managing customer journey and sales process from start to finish

•Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge

•Client outreach through appointment setting and our CRM program

Client support and retention

•Building long term relationships with new and existing customers, and drive repeat purchases.

•Escalation point for all issues relating to client dissatisfaction and warranty claims for the showroom


•At least 2 years’ experience in a similar managerial role

•Weekend work required

•Resourcefulness with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills that encompass good persuasive and negotiating skills

•Articulate, well-presented, and professional

•Intermediate computer skills

•Strong organisational skills and capabilities to multi-task and effectively achieve team objectives
