Position: Commercial Sales Administrator

Start date: Immediate

Required: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Location: Cult Showroom, Chippendale, NSW

Report to: NSW Sales Manager

Cult Design sells the finest furniture and lighting from some of the biggest names in design today, from Danish masters such as Carl Hansen and Fritz Hansen to the great Italian collections of Poltrona Frau and Zanotta. In addition, we are helping to lead the Australian design movement with our own brand NAU. We have been in business for over 20 years, and are proud to work across 5 showrooms in 4 countries.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic sales administrator to support our retail sale team, in our Sydney showroom. In this position, you will be working within the retail sales team to deliver exceptional service and to delight our customers.

About the role

You will; Support the sales team across all areas of the business. Take control of the administrative workload, allowing the sales team to maximise their direct time with clients. 

Responsibilities

•Preparing quotes, invoices, specifications, presentations and proposals.

•Coordinate all stages of an order, from processing order to obtaining delivery quotes and payment.

•Actively take administrative workload from the sales team.

•Provide regular order updates to the sales team.

•Field enquiries from a high volume of new and existing clients via phone, email, and face-to-face.

•Provide proactive customer service, always coming to a client with solutions whenever a challenge occurs.

Qualifications required

•Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint required

•Knowledge of Options ERP system desirable

•Qualifications in interior design or business administration desirable

•Experienced with CAD software desirable

Experience required

•Extensive administrative background

•Customer service and sales experience in similar or same market
