Join our Team! We are currently looking for a registered Architect. The role requires experience with running competitive building tenders and handling contract administration through construction. A minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in high-end residential interiors is required. If you are eligible and also answer yes to all of the points below we would love to hear from you:
•Completed Masters/Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture
•Proficiency in 3D modelling software and willingness to adopt to our studio’s software (Vectorworks)
•Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
•Ambitious and motivated to contribute in a meaningful way and be a central part of a growing practice
•Committed to undertaking the opportunity to develop the architectural side of our studio
•Confident in preparing documentation for council, tender and construction
•Possess a solid understanding of the BCA, Standards, BASIX & council regulations
•Experienced and comfortable to coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients as needed
•Have a solid understanding of project sequencing
•Have a proven track record of delivering projects through to construction and completion, including contract admin experience within Australia
