About the role – Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager who can play a key role in helping us grow our business. The position is full-time, based in Melbourne, and will have remit across Victoria and Tasmania. Key responsibilities include:

– Build new and maintain strong industry relationships to manage client portfolio

– Identify and maximise key sales and market opportunities through to conversion

– Be a positive force for change and pro-actively identify solutions to challenges

– Motivate and mentor the team and others across the business

– Commercial analysis of sales results and trends

– Contribute strategic input to Sales strategies and beyond

About you:

A dynamic and passionate team player with experience in the architecture and design industry is the ideal fit for this role. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate high levels of:
