Job Description

LOOKING FOR 

A creative who loves to generate ideas and knows how to communicate them visually — balanced with the tenacity to perform ‘churn work’ to ensure ownworld’s sales resources are kept fresh. This role perfectly mixes collaboration with a level of autonomy to fulfil exclusively assigned projects and tasks.

Working alongside the Marketing Manager, Marketing & Showroom Support will ensure the ownworld brand is always correctly positioned in the market.

Marketing & Showroom Support is ownworld’s social media champion, expected to source and create unique content, write engaging copy and report insights to the greater team.

Our Support should continuously stay focused on the upkeep of content on the ownworld website; being tasked with the preparation of product uploads, editing images, creating thumbnails and handle ad-hoc uploads and updates.

Your willing participation in event organisation forms a significant and enjoyable part of the Support role, requiring creative planning and execution of anything from catered showroom presentations and events to external industry tradeshows and exhibitions.

Graphically, your design skills will be put to good use in the preparation of social media content, invitations and a variety of sales tools and resources.

Our showroom will be your domain. Support should take full ownership of the space, making sure it’s beautifully presented and curated at all times. Marketing & Showroom Support is also charged with keeping the Resource Library impeccably up-to-date so that all fabrics, finishes and catalogues are at the fingertips of the team.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

-Qualifications in Design, Marketing or relevant industry experience

-A portfolio of recent work that demonstrates your creativity and design ability

-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop in particular) and MS Office Suite

-Experience with WordPress CMS and email marketing platform Campaign Monitor

-Familiarity with Google Analytics
