Kitchen Design Consultant
The Company:
Established in 2003, Flatpack Kitchens is an industry leader in the design, manufacturing and supply of standard & custom-made flat pack cabinets throughout the construction industry.
We have a reputation for providing exemplary outcomes for our clientele across works ranging between the retail & building sectors.
Due to exciting growth, a fantastic opportunity now exists for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our experienced and passionate team. The role would best suit applicants with previous design and sales experience and/or a cabinetmaking background looking to progress their career.
This full-time sales role may suit someone with a background in design and sales looking to grow into a senior design consultant
The Role:
Design joinery upon consultation with clientele in showroom
Ability to design and quantify technical measurements
Product knowledge across of modular joinery design
Build and Maintain customer relations
Ensure our showroom is always professionally presented
The ability to multitask and work autonomously
Maintain a safe and professional working environment always.
Technical knowledge to quantify & itemise cutting lists for custom joinery
Key Selection Criteria:
A professional presentation and manner
Previous experience in kitchen design and quoting is preferable but not essential
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
Can do attitude with a thirst for knowledge. Seeking to improve technical aptitude with respect to Cabinet Making.
Sales experience and the ability to convert leads & close the sale.
Excellent planning & time management skills
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
