We are looking for an energetic, easy going and ambitious person who will be able to work closely with the sales and marketing teams as well as coordinate 2 events per week in our beautiful city centre.

What kind of events you ask ? Whisky tastings, Movie nights, Open days you name it!

What do we expect from you?Responsible for the lead generation strategy of the Cosentino City Centre as well as implementing a high level of customer service to end consumers. The role will also involve assisting in Marketing & Sales activities.  

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Provide accurate and timely reports to marketing on all event activities in the format required:
  • Assist in the preparation of the ?marketing ? events? budget,
  • Implement and monitor the ?marketing ? events? budget set for the area detailing all relating actions and any deviations from planned forecast.
  • Promote our Sydney showroom as a Centre of excellence to be visited by Architects and specifiers.
  • Support the team with the monitoring of projects and follow up.
  • Maintain communication between Clients, prospects, and General Manager.
  • Liaise with Sales and Management team to facilitate presentations and events.
  • Update all necessary details on internal information system and CRM.
  • Produce necessary reports from internal information system and CRM to help Sales team and General Manager.
  • Keep customers updated with product information

  •  Assist with maintaining Sydney showroom merchandising
  • Assist marketing with customer updates including EDM?s and print media
  • Identifying lead generating activities for the Sydney showroom
  • Assist marketing with exhibitions and other promotional activity.
  • Preparing product launches, ensuring the availability of launch material such as brochures etc.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate promotional events.
  • Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to tight deadlines.
  • Develop new ideas for lead generation.
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from contacts, directories and other sources.
  • Marketing tools management. Assist end consumers.
  • Answering phones.
  • Must have high levels of customer service.
  • Qualifications/Certifications:Completed High School or equivalent (at least).Graduate of designing program will be a plus. What knowledge do you need?
  • Some Knowledge home improvement products is desirable.
  • MUST have IT knowledge.
  • Awareness for design and image.
  • Experience in events is a MUST.
  • Must have consistence in work experience.
  • Valid driver?s License advantageous.
