Job Description

Due to a growth in the business, an excellent opportunity has become available for the services of an Internal Sales support officer to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Kingsgrove. Zenith is one of APAC’s leading commercial furniture companies, with showrooms and manufacturing capabilities across the region.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who has strong customer service/support skills and experience within a manufacturing environment. You will be working with internal sales teams across APAC and dealing directly with leading suppliers.

As an integral member of our team, you will be required to accurately and in a timely manner carry out the below tasks:

Liaising with our internal sales teams across Asia Pacific regarding orders and queries

Manage Sales & purchase order processing in an ERP system (Pronto)

Keeping up-to-date with sales and production to ensure timely procurement of materials

Invoicing

Receipting of purchase orders

Communicating with the warehouse to ensure delivery and dispatch of materials are on time and accurate

General office admin duties

The desired candidate will need:

Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded

Knowledge of using an ERP system would be beneficial

Intermediate / Advanced computer skills including proficiency with MS Office

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on the run

Ability to use initiative and perform duties with minimal supervision and direction
