About the role? Head of Sales, Australia

Head of Sales to become an integral part of the growing business. The position is a part-time role, either based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is an exciting new role for us, and is being offered on a fixed term contract basis to begin. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader, who demonstrates a high level of personal motivation, with solid knowledge and experience across both sales and marketing. This role is strategic and analytical, and a background in the design industry would be advantageous. Reporting to our Executive Director, you will be fully accountable for the sales budget, responsible for key sales performance analytics and strategy and to mentor our sales team. Specifically,


– Manage and own sales budget
– Develop and execute sales strategies to keep the company competitive and innovative and expand our customer base
– Partner with Sales Team to maximise key customer sales opportunities
– Drive channel conversion opportunities
– Oversee and manage the Sales Team ? support, coach, mentor and drive a higher performance culture
– Ensure delivery of KPI?s and sales targets
– Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company?s unique selling propositions and differentiators
– Manage sales end to end process
– Interstate travels for on the ground support
