Job Description

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for visual design support, production and coordination of company marketing material across both print and digital mediums, working within a deadline driven environment.

The role is a critical communications function for CPA and must engage collaboratively with a range of organisational stakeholders while maintaining the integrity of the corporate brand.

About you

5+ years experience in a similar role

Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or similar

Online, digital and print asset production experience

Experience with corporate social media channels including LinkedIn and Instagram

Strong understanding of corporate branding, graphic design and creative execution

Excellent planning, organisational and project management skills

Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment with a high degree of autonomy

The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients and key contacts across the organisation

Must be very proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe PremierPro

Confidence in being able to deliver from concept through to finished art in both print and digital applications

About the role

You will work closely with the Communications & Submission Manager to maximise the opportunities to win new work and to promote the Cottee Parker Architects brand.

Liaise with the project teams to promote our experience, expertise and value

Assist the Bids and Communications Manager on bid and proposal documents

Manage Cottee Parker’s templates in line with brand standards

Create social media graphics

Create GIFS and animated content

Create print collateral

Contribute to creative discussions and driving new ideas
