GRAPHIC DESIGN MANAGER

Part-time to lead into Full-time Maternity Role – Immediate start

An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced creative and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This is initially a part time position, which will lead into a full-time role as a maternity cover.

The role reports directly into the General Manager of Marketing. As the Graphic Designer you will be responsible for but not limited to:

•Design and execute the Bevilles catalogues, POS material & digital creative elements.

•Execution of the print production process which includes but is not limited to design work, managing corrections and pre-press services within required timeframes.

•Design and build of customer emails, website assets and social media elements.

•Conceptualize campaigns across all key marketing channels to drive sales and foot traffic.

•To identify and create opportunities for creative input across all aspects of the brand.

•Produce complete and accurate marketing and branding material in line with the brief provided, within set timeframes. Marketing and branding material include but is not limited to catalogues, flyers, signage, social media, website assets, emails, instore point of sale, banners, retouching and Eternity Club loyalty and branding materials.

•Quality control of images used to ensure that these are of best possible quality.

•Communicate a consistent brand statement which supports the brand position

Desired Skills and Experience

•A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Graphic Design role

•Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and Dreamweaver

•Multi-media experience desirable.

•Proficient in website design and development (WordPress, HTML), eDM and social media platforms

•Extensive experience in using UX/UI design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design

•Proven ability to distil key ideas into compelling visual messages

•Fashion experience desirable

•Relevant qualifications

•Passion for design

•Analytical and creative

•Catalogue and digital design experience preferred but not required

•Excellent time management, organisation skills & communication skills

•Excellent attention to detail

•Ability to take direction/constructive feedback

•Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

•Marketing, Web Marketing and Shopify experience will be highly regarded
