Space Furniture, Australia and South East Asia’s leading retailer of contemporary design for residential and corporate interiors is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Content Coordinator join us in a newly created role.

To be considered for this role, you will have a background in digital marketing or digital project management, be self- motivated and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Alexandria, and reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the management of all our digital content assets across our group which includes Space, Poliform and SP01.
•Manage the ongoing maintenance of the images across all our websites ensuring all images are up-to-date, fresh, content rich and engaging.
•Ensure images reflect the marketing calendar and promotional information is updated as per given deadlines.
•Update catalogue pages as required by marketing teams.
•Work closely with the Digital Coordinator to ensure the ongoing uploading of product to all websites is in accordance with each brand’s style guides.
•Brief, project manage, and quality check external product onboarding teams as needed to ensure upload timelines. can be met and quality of work is maintained.
•Liaise with international suppliers to ensure each brands image library is up to date with the latest films and images.
•Regularly update marketing on new images and film available to add to content calendar.
•Manage correct naming conventions across the library.
•Prepare as needed product content submissions for approval across email, websites and social platforms;
•Engage with the marketing teams to publish promotional assets as per established timelines.
•When needed create digital media creative assets in line with the media plan, channel/campaign objectives and marketing guidelines, providing approved assets to the media agency or uploading online yourself.
•Sourcing and providing images for media and strategic partners when required.
Requirements for this role:
•A background in digital marketing or digital project management.
•Strong coordination and organization skills.
•Strong use of the Adobe Suite.
•A meticulous attention to detail.
•Skills in graphic design is desirable but not essential.
•Creativity: You will have a good eye and be able to select and edit images that best support the marketing function.
•Team player with an ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
•Proficient in managing multiple tasks and respecting internal and external deadlines.
•Enjoy working in a dynamic and creative environment.
