Job Description

Indesign Media Asia Pacific is a leading Architecture and Design Media Company working across print, digital and events. With a rich pool of talent and an innovative approach to the ever-changing media landscape, Indesign Media is on the hunt for a Content Strategist who is well versed in the native language of online publishing to join our team to lead our Custom Content division, whilst contributing across the full suite of publications and offerings.

Who we are looking for?

•You’re a passionate wordsmith and natural storyteller that understands how to find angles and create a story that draws people in

•You hold a strong passion for design and creativity, with an understanding of specification among Architecture, Design and Building projects

•You have a strategic mindset, with experience in developing client content campaigns that are innovative and achieve results

•You have refined presentation skills, with the ability to take clear briefs and explain product and service enhancements and additions

•You self-educate and update your industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in industry events

•You enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new/different requests and exploring opportunities

•You have proven experience in client management & campaign delivery; you are adept at talking directly to the people who you’re creating content for, both to understand their needs, and to learn from their feedback on work you’ve produced

•You know how to take a human centred approach to content design and are able to take people through a process that both engages with and validates their needs

•You have proven experience in digital, video social campaign strategies and reporting outcomes

•Those with a PR or Marketing Agency background will be highly desirable

Key responsibilities and duties:

•Continue to develop suite of internal documentation – proposal, briefing, reporting and quotation assets

•Collaborate with sales team on prospecting, research and briefing processes for new clients

•Develop strategies, content plans and reports for client campaigns

•Create content and liaise with key contractors on campaign delivery

•Account manage clients, organise regular meetings and track hours

•Collaborate efficiently with the team to meet monthly team goals

Key success factors in this role:

•Meeting minimum monthly delivery targets on client content

•Monthly reporting on hours, contractors, budgets and delivery

•Trackable client satisfaction resulting in on-going business

•Innovations and increased profitability on content production
