Job Description

The Communications Manager will support the development and delivery of integrated communication strategies and initiatives for Cottee Parker Architects. This will include management of communications and stakeholder engagement activities across CPA’s key communication channels as well as developing work winning material, submissions and project communications.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the way our company is perceived by key audiences. You will drive brand awareness by being involved in all stages of the communications process from concept to message development to result oriented evaluation


Manage the preparation, coordination and submission of fee proposals, capability statements, expressions of interests and complex bids/tenders from start to completion

Coordinate the production of promotional materials including releases, media kits, and presentations

Use social media to tell our story in creative and inspiring ways that resonate with various audiences

Lead, mentor and assist in providing knowledge and development of skills to the Communications Officer

Manage website content and design to ensure delivery of clear and creative content

Develop PR and external comms strategies in partnership with business leads to advance business objectives


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications

3+ years’ of experience in communications operations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in content writing
