Job Description

Indesign Media Asia Pacific is a leading Architecture and Design Media Company working across print, digital and events. With a rich pool of talent and an innovative approach to the ever-changing media landscape, Indesign Media is on the hunt for a Communication Campaign Manager who is well versed in the native language of online publishing to join our team to lead our Custom Content division, whilst contributing across the full suite of publications and offerings.

With a minimum of 2 years previous agency experience a must, our new Campaign Manager will be a talented and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will:

•Create and implement creative communications strategies

•Create engaging thought leadership content for use across owned and earned channels

•Leverage contacts within design, architecture and property to create opportunities for clients

•Make verbal and written pitches, manage and maintain positive relationships with clients

•Build a strong passion for design, with an understanding of specification among Architecture, Design and Building projects

The core responsibilities of this role include:

•Proactively manage multiple client accounts by building strong relationships with stakeholders and understanding relevant business and industry trends

•Establishing and maintaining effective, professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction of services, follow-on work, future referrals, and a positive working environment

•Plan and execute integrated communications campaigns across media, social media and content marketing so they are delivered on time, within budget and in-line with client objectives

•Identify and create editorial opportunities for clients including research, writing media releases, managing media interviews and briefings

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts

•Develop new business proposals and be involved in pitching and presenting to new clients

•Various ad hoc and administrative duties as directed.

•Reporting and achieving client KPI’s

Who we are looking for?

•You will have a university qualification or relevant experience in PR, Journalism or a similar field.

•A self-starter who is always thinking about ways to improve client campaigns.

•You will be driven, self-motivated and accountable about delivering high quality work

•You have the ability to come up with creative ideas that inspire those around you

•You will have an interest in property, design, architecture and a willingness to learn about and be engaged with key issues and trends

•A confident communicator, both written and verbal, who can hold their own in meetings with media and clients

•A problem solver who thrives on identifying creative opportunities for clients

•Able to work quickly, accurately and creatively within tight, multiple deadlines

•Highly organised, can juggle multiple projects and tasks at once while prioritising the important ones
