Indesign Media Asia Pacific is a leading Architecture and Design Media Company working across print, digital, events and content services. Indesign Media is defined by a rich pool of talent and an innovative approach to the ever-changing media landscape.
C-gen is Indesign Media’s in-house content and marketing service attracting key design-led brands from Australia and the wider Indo-Pacific region. We plan and create communication campaigns for our clients to meet their unique and dynamic marketing needs and are seeking a strategically-minded, client-focussed Account Manager to join the C-Gen team as it rapidly grows.
You will be part of a forward-thinking, highly creative team, liaising directly with Indesign’s sales team, production team and content writers to organise the delivery of client campaigns. You will be managing campaigns, and driving the performance and growth of our key C-Gen accounts and clients.
This is a unique Account Management role, as this person must have the ability to think outside the box, advise on strategy in collaboration with the internal team, and actively contribute to brands’ market presence.
•Manage, build and maintain client relationships. Take a genuine interest in developing an in-depth knowledge of your clients’ organisations, teams, target audiences and marketing objectives.
•Collaborate with the sales team on prospecting, research and briefing processes for new clients.
•Develop and present opportunities that will solve client challenges and requirements.
•Manage all C-Gen client campaigns from on-boarding, briefing, through to campaign development, delivery and reporting.
•Schedule and facilitate recurring and regular client meetings to discuss project and account activities, keeping the client up to date with project details, timelines and outcomes.
•Keep thorough record of each campaign, tracking updates for each client project, for internal and client purposes, offering sales team and internal stakeholders regular updates on campaign progress.
•With the support of the sales team develop and write clear, concise, and detailed briefs for all client campaigns.
•Effectively communicate and be accountable for communication with all stakeholders involved in delivering project elements and managing their delivery of project elements.
•Manage internal and external resources to ensure successful campaign delivery.
•Have an in-depth understanding of all campaigns and their strategic direction, for optimum management and execution.
•Actively contribute to the development of processes and documentation for the betterment and evolution of the C-Gen offering.
•Results driven with a love for developing creative solutions and following through from conception to completion.
•You thrive in rapidly changing, agile and evolving environments.
•Experience in an Account/Project Management role within a PR agency, Media Agency, Digital Agency is highly desirable.
•Exceptional time and project management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
•Budget-management skills and proficiency.
•A strong understanding of marketing and communications; a bachelor’s degree in Communications/Media/Public Relations/or relevant field is preferred.
•Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
•Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to take initiative and adapt to changing situations.
•Experience working with Excel, Project Management Tools such as Asana/CRM tools such as Salesforce is an advantage.
•Ability to work collaboratively with a range of teams and external contractors to deliver effective and innovative projects.
•An understanding and appreciation of the architecture and design industry preferred
