Job Description

TSAR Carpets is looking for a Business Development and Design Associate to represent our brand and manage relationships with some of Australia’s biggest interior and architecture firms in Sydney, NSW.

About the role:
This is an interesting, vital and sometimes challenging job within high-end custom carpet and rug industry.

You will work in a fascinating field, as part of a motivated, dynamic team, within the world of interiors and high-end luxury products.
You will represent the company as Brand Ambassador providing the ultimate client experience along with maximizing overall sales opportunities and understanding client/market conditions, then acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts.
You are accountable for individual performance goals through and meeting established monthly sales goals.
Developing authentic relationships with the clients by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a luxury experience.
Product knowledge and promoting the features and benefits of the full Tsar product range.
Maintain the spirit of ownership through demonstrating strong problem solving skills.
Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers.
Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.

Candidates must have 3-5 years experience in a premium, luxury branded interior products and service to the A&D market, preferably custom-made carpets and rugs. You must have have established A&D clientele in Sydney.
