The Role
An exciting opportunity exists to join Living Edge at Richmond, Melbourne as a full-time A&D Residential Consultant.

Specific responsibilities of the role:

  • Provide a high level of customer service for all walk-in clients and designers;
  • Follow up email enquiries and provide quotations and relevant information for clients in a timely manner;
  • Attend to all customer service issues effectively and punctually;
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and invoicing targets;
  • Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge;
  • Follow ordering and sales procedures as per company policy;

  • Work directly with the A&D market on smaller scale projects for loose furniture.

Candidates must possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional customer service skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication;
  • Good general computer skills and a high-level of proficiency in POS systems;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent organisation skills;
  • A keen knowledge and interest in design and/or interior design qualifications;
  • Experience with forging new client relationships and nurturing existing ones;
  • Immaculate personal presentation;
  • 5+ years of proven industry sales experience.
