Job Description

Pad Furniture is looking for an ambitious, dynamic consultant with high end contemporary furniture sales experience, who is passionate about contemporary design and enjoys selling, and dealing with people.

The role will be based at our expansive showroom in Church St. Richmond, which showcases a wide range of contemporary interior/exterior furniture, and furnishing solutions which encompass sofa seating, dining, occasional, lighting and accessories.

As a Sales Consultant you will be one of the first points of contact for design/trade and retail clients.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

•Two years plus, selling, with a proven track record with high end European furniture brands.

•Possess strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.

•Excellent people, and negotiation skills.

•A proactive professional work ethic

•To be well presented.

•A consultative approach.

•A genuine interest and passion for design.

•Assisting and liaising with customers.

•An eagerness to learn and progress.

•A qualification in interior design, and/or proven demonstrated industry experience.

•Preparing proposals and quotations for the design industry.

•Presentation and maintaining a showroom to a high standard.

•Experience invoicing, ordering and administration with Xero or a similar software.

•Exposure to, and experience with design and drawing software such as Revit, Auto Cad or similar.
