Australia’s largest collection of European designer furniture, lighting and accessories requires a full time sales professional for our Brisbane Showroom.

Specific duties include;

  • Developing and managing relationships with all sales clients and nurturing ongoing relationships with designers
  • Guide clients in the selection of furniture and accessories
  • Prompt follow up of email enquiries, quotation and pricing of furniture
  • Attend to all customer service enquiries in a timely fashion
  • Management of all orders from point of sale through to delivery
  • Achieve monthly sales budgets and targets
  • Maintaining and demonstrating your knowledge of high end products and brands
  • Adhering to our company’s policies and procedures

Requirements for this role;

  • Experience preferred within the furniture/interior design industry
  • Relevant design qualifications and demonstrated knowledge and interest in design/interior design
  • Professional and well presented
  • Must possess an exceptional work ethic
  • A passion for customer service and strong sales excellence
  • Successful management of client relationships
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound computer knowledge with accurate administration skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a small solid team as well as self motivation and the ability to work independently
