A subsidiary of HVG, Smartstone is Australia’s fastest growing distributor of quartz surfaces. We are seeking a relationship focused individual to join the Victorian team to manage a portfolio of Retail kitchen companies. You will be responsible for the development and management of relationships within a defined territory.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven sales ability, with a strong focus on driving new business through proactive initiatives, while nurturing an existing client base.
- You will preferably have experience in the kitchen or bathroom renovation markets, however a successful sales record in unrelated industries will be considered.
- Have the ability to effectively promote and maximise the specification of Smartstone surfaces through kitchen designers, joiners and cabinet makers.
- Effectively manage & maintain Smartstone merchandise within the showroom environment.
- You will demonstrate success in having achieved sales targets, prepare & effectively implement a sales business plan. The ability to develop customer relationships through effective call planning and client management is key.

- The ability to work autonomously & in a small team environment.
